THE SCRIPTURES CLEARLY TEACH
THAT JEHOVAH is the only true God, is from everlasting
to everlasting, the Maker of heaven and earth and the Giver
of life to Ins creatures; that the Logos was the begmuing of
his ereation and his active agent in the creation of all
things; that the Logos is now the Lord Jcsus Christ in glory,
clothed with all power in heaven and earth, and the Chief
Executive OMicer of Jehovah,
THAT GOD created the earth for man, created perfect
man for the eurth and placed him upon it; that mun wilfully
disobeyed God’s law and was sentenced to death; that by
reason of Adam’s wrong act all men are born sinners and
without the right to life.
THAT JESUS was made human, and tho man Jesus suf
fered death in order to produce the ransom or redeinptive
price for all mankind; that God raised up Jesus divine and
exalted him to heaven above every ereature and above every
name and clothed him with all power and authority.
THAT JEHOVAH'S ORGANIZATION is called Zion, and
that Christ Jesus is the Chief Odicer thereof und is the
richtful King of the world; that tho anointed and faithful
Followers of Christ Jesus are children of Zion, members of
Jchovah’s organization, and aro his witnesses whose duty and
rivilego it is to testify to the supremacy of Jehovah, declare
is purposes toward mankind as expressed in the Bible, and
to bear the fruits of the kingdom beforo all who will hear.
THAT THE WORLD has ended, and the Lord Jesua Christ
has been placed by Jchovah upon hia throne of authority,
has ousted Satan from heaven und is proceeding to the
establishment of God’s kingdoin on earth
THAT THE RELIEF and blessings of the peoples of earth
can come only by and through Jehovah’a kingdom under
Christ which has now begun; that the Lord’s next great
act is the destruchion of Satan’s orpanization and the estab-
lishment of aighteousness in the earth, and that under the
kingdom all those who will obey its righteous Jaws shell live
on carth forever,
“JENOVAIVS PRAISE” TESTIMONY
The midsummer testimony periud, August 1-9, is designated
“Jechovah’s Praise’’. This will be an excellent time for as many
as can to urrange to take their vacution, thereby to be able to
devote as much time as possible to this privilege than which
none is higher or grander, Jehovah’s praise. That all his de-
voted ones may begin at once to plan and arrange therefor it
is here stated that the feature of this testimony period will be
the offering bound in a special wiapper Books One, Two and
Three of Vindiwattoa, on contribution of 50e. Vindication,
with its full statement on the work of ‘the man with the
inkhorn’ and the Jehu-Jonadab picture, ete. should prove ex-
cellent material to place following the reeent wide distribution
of the hook Riches. Tt will also be proper to offer in combina-
tion with the above three books the two books Light with the
book Prophecy, all on a $1.00 contribution. ‘Praise ye Jeheo-
vah.’? Due reports of your praise efforts should he made, to
the Brooklyn head office direct 1f you ate not under Branch
supervision. Distribution of the above bouk offers will continue
throughout the entire month of August.
